Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen technologies and market-disrupting solutions
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping, MVP development, and agile methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in/resources
- Monitor KPIs and ROI of innovation projects, iterating based on market feedback
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario analysis capabilities
- Strong background in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Engineering/Tech, or equivalent)
