Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodology frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI governance
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and governments
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Fluency in innovation metrics (KPIs, ROI for R&D, innovation velocity)
