Responsibilities
- Architect and lead 2026-vision innovation projects spanning AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for sustainable exponential growth
- Partner with C-suite to integrate innovation into core business strategy
- Manage $10M+ annual R&D budget across 5 global innovation labs
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to board and investors
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist researchers and engineers
- Establish industry-wide partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and UN Sustainable Development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or C-suite tech roles
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining products (minimum 2 exits >$500M)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, energy)
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and systems modeling
- Deep network in DARPA, World Economic Forum, and Singularity University
