Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive strategic roadmap that outlines key technological milestones and innovation initiatives for the next 3-5 years.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive threats relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate high-level vision into actionable, quarterly execution plans.
- Investment Strategy: Evaluate and prioritize R&D investments, ensuring capital is allocated to high-impact, future-proof technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex strategic concepts to diverse audiences, from technical engineers to non-technical investors.
- Partnerships & Ecosystems: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with startups and academic institutions driving innovation toward the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think several steps ahead and translate abstract concepts into concrete business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML, and data analytics; ability to grasp technical nuances without needing to code daily.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at a senior level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex problems and navigating ambiguity in dynamic market conditions.
