- Identify and evaluate emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech) for competitive advantage
- Secure executive buy-in and secure multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Oversee the end-to-end innovation pipeline from ideation to market launch
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping across global teams
- Report on innovation KPIs and ROI to stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in future forecasting, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executives
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Innovation Management
