Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through complex transformation initiatives

- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICF) or strategic foresight preferred
