Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, validate, and scale disruptive opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Manage innovation portfolio from ideation to market launch, ensuring ROI alignment
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful disruptive products/programs
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future-trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in strategic planning and portfolio management
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Innovation Management a plus
