Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Manage a $15M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Build and mentor cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and strategists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability principles in all initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic planning and financial modeling skills
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICP) preferred
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
