Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI and biotech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of ESG frameworks in product development lifecycle
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for tech
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
