Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Establish partnerships with NASA, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Drive commercialization of at least 3 breakthrough technologies by 2026
- Present annual innovation forecasts to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record delivering products with 2026+ market impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+ value)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
