Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap in alignment with company strategic goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and emerging market opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the pilot and rollout of future-tech solutions.
- Identify potential risks in long-term projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to secure cutting-edge technology stacks.
- Report progress and strategic milestones to the executive board on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, project management, or systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in complex environments.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
