Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proprietary 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and quantify emerging technology disruptions
- Architect adaptive business models for volatile post-2025 market conditions
- Produce executive-level trend analysis reports with quantified impact assessments
- Design and maintain a real-time strategic intelligence dashboard
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring futurist talent across the organization
- Present strategic roadmaps to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
