Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption
- Analyze emerging market trends and disruptor technologies across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level executives on future business models
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable product development strategies
- Present future impact assessments to investors and board members
- Mentor innovation teams on long-term visioning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFTR preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech or business publications
