Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight roadmap
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for market disruption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Author white papers on future workforce and societal shifts
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI reviews
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry thought leadership
- Interface with venture partners to scout next-gen startups
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, R&D, or futurist roles
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 4IR technologies
- Expertise in predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on product roadmaps
