- Translate complex futures research into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Establish KPIs for future readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
- Develop thought leadership frameworks on societal and technological evolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing decade-long strategic roadmaps
- Strong background in scenario planning and systems thinking
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
