Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Develop scenario-based models for technological disruptions in 2026-2030
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and human augmentation
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futures research, or emerging tech consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or frameworks
