Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, WFS) preferred
- Published research or thought leadership in future studies or technology ethics
- Ability to translate complex concepts into stakeholder-aligned strategies
- Mastery of analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Python, NLP frameworks)
