Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning across quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech ecosystems
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptions
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-facing leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience designing organizational transformation frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic projects delivered
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
