Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological trajectories for 2026 across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Present trend analyses and future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech accelerators
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology implications
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-forward technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published author in futurism/technology forecasting (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with exponential technology roadmapping (Singularity University, etc.)
