Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and disruptors impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Technology, or equivalent field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and signal detection
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
