Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech domains
- Author strategic white papers on human-machine symbiosis for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with ethics committees to establish governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging startups for acquisition or partnership opportunities
- Represent company at global futurist forums (World Future Summit, Davos Tech Track)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation leadership
- Published research on AI governance or human augmentation technologies
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary platforms)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of long-term tech strategies
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and exponential technology curves
