Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Establish KPIs to measure the ROI of technology investments and innovation initiatives
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and implementation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systemsStrong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Certification in technology architecture or innovation management (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (demonstrated through articles/whitepapers)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
