You'll lead cross-functional initiatives that bridge scientific discovery with market disruption, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of the 2026 tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech-AI convergence, and climate tech
- Lead strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab
- Translate complex research into market-ready product roadmaps
- Present future tech visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototyping and pilot programs
- Anticipate regulatory shifts in AI ethics and quantum security frameworks
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with specialization in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature or Science on AI/quantum/biotech
- Experience scaling tech startups to unicorn valuations
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q Network preferred)
- Track record of securing $10M+ in government innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
