Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for complex system optimization
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in theoretical and applied quantum computing
- Develop proprietary error-correction techniques for large-scale quantum processors
- Architect secure quantum communication protocols for next-gen infrastructure
- Collaborate with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 100 partners on classified projects
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in deep learning architectures and transformer models
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (Nature, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Security clearance eligibility preferred for government projects
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale HPC systems
