- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen digital experiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and frontier tech startups
- Present technology foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D budget allocation for exponential technology experiments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching futuristic products/services to market
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in technology forecasting or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling with complex technical concepts
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment
