Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainability)
- Produce trend analysis whitepapers and scenario planning frameworks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into core offerings
- Represent FutureVision at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in futures studies, trend analysis, or scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market impacts
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (papers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
