Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and growth
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author executive briefings on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their business implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and facilitate strategic planning workshops for executive leadership
- Measure and report on foresight ROI through KPI tracking and impact analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
