Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, analyzing global megatrends, technological inflection points, and disruptive innovations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare organizations for 2026 market realities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate-tech sectors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align product roadmaps with 2026 technological capabilities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis with published thought leadership
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
