- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and societal trends
- Create predictive models and actionable roadmaps for organizational adaptation
- Present strategic briefings to board members and senior leadership teams
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Publish thought leadership pieces on future-shaping technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
