Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 5-10 year planning horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design and implement innovation accelerators for 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic frameworks beyond 2025
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
