Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or corporate strategy roles
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable strategies
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
