Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the organization's 5-year strategic roadmap, incorporating AI, biotech, and climate adaptation forecasts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and risk assessments for board-level decision-making
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and build strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists and establish the organization's thought leadership in future-focused domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, climate tech, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level strategic briefings
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (white papers, books, or industry journals)
