Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead foresight workshops with executive teams to translate future insights into actionable plans
- Author quarterly trend briefs and annual foresight reports for stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with innovation labs, academic institutions, and disruptors
- Integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of publishing influential future-focused research
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) preferred
