Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for 2026-readiness
- Design scenario-planning models for climate resilience and sustainable futures
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Present at global innovation summits representing Nexus Horizons' vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Strong background in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex futures
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant field
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-focused topics
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multidisciplinary innovation teams
