Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Design and prototype innovative solutions using emerging methodologies
- Produce actionable insights through data-driven trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
