Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning protocols to identify 2026 market disruptors
- Design predictive models for biotech, AI governance, and space commercialization
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Interface with DARPA and UN futurist task forces on global tech policy
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
- Curate quarterly FutureTech symposia with industry pioneers
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 5+ years at McKinsey, BCG, or similar strategy consulting
- Published research on quantum sociology or exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented 10-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in causal AI modeling and predictive analytics
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Hindi for global stakeholder engagement
