Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce high-impact trend analysis reports on AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought leaders and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026+ technology adoption pathways
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight or scenario planning preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives
