Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping next-gen interfaces and experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI, and spatial computing domains
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford Future Science Initiative
- Author white papers on societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental R&D projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of influencing C-level technology strategy decisions
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology forecasting initiatives
