Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate resilience, and quantum computing domains
- Develop and deliver bespoke 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Produce high-impact future scenario reports and trend impact assessments
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging technology adoption pathways
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Represent the company at industry conferences and publish thought leadership content
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published author or frequent speaker at global futurism conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
