- Develop adaptive strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients navigating digital transformation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map future opportunities
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for sustainable business evolution
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry audiences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFIP) preferred
