As a key member of our Future Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, cross-functional teams, and global thought leaders to identify paradigm shifts, build scenario-based models, and implement adaptive strategies that turn future possibilities into competitive advantages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Create scenario-planning models for 2026+ business environments and market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Produce foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging trends and their implications
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for next-generation products and services
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking strategic evolution and adaptation
- Advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies for future uncertainties
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong quantitative modeling and qualitative research skills
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work in futures thinking or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) preferred
