Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with 2026 business goals and industry trends.
- Tech Evaluation: Identify and assess emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to determine feasibility and ROI for integration.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient architectures that support long-term growth and regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal incubation projects to prototype and validate future-ready solutions.
- Vendor Management: Select and manage partnerships with top-tier technology providers and research institutions.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions meet future compliance standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Foresight: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to predict and adapt to future market shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent is highly desirable.
