Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems leveraging superconducting and photonic qubits
- Design error correction protocols achieving <10-12 logical error rates
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical software interfaces for enterprise integration
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world industrial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define next-generation quantum chip specifications
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical high-performance computing
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, ACM QEC)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration and control systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography standards)
