Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Author white papers on quantum security protocols and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing quantum machine learning pipelines
- Drive quantum computing adoption through industry partnerships and standards development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience securing quantum systems against emerging cyber threats
