Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks targeting 2026 commercial viability
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise optimization challenges
- Lead quantum error mitigation protocols for fault-tolerant system development
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical infrastructure
- Develop quantum security frameworks for next-generation encryption standards
- Drive patent strategy for novel quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm design or quantum error correction
- Expertise in at least one quantum computing framework (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD, post-quantum cryptography)
