Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum hardware integration projects with superconducting and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI teams to implement quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and experimental physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complexity theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
