Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Develop error-correction frameworks for million-qubit quantum processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical integration blueprints for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum hardware/software co-design
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols in post-quantum cryptography
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum networks with sub-millisecond latency requirements
- Drive quantum machine learning frameworks for real-time data processing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of designing quantum processors with >1000 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum control systems at millikelvin temperatures
- Strong background in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Patents in quantum architecture or quantum communication systems
