Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise clients
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Lead fault-tolerance protocols for 2026-scale quantum networks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for machine learning acceleration
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum integration strategies
- Secure patents for novel quantum error-correction methodologies
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on quantum-material simulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building quantum computing architectures
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction
- Experience with cryogenic system integration
- Security clearance for government projects preferred
- Fluency in Python, C++, and assembly-level optimization
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
