- Secure $10M+ in research grants and partnerships with NASA, IBM, and Google Quantum
- Author white papers for Nature Quantum and IEEE journals
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous quantum-AI decision systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent industry breakthroughs)
- 5+ years leading R&D teams with published work in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE) and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with Cirq, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience securing federal or corporate research grants >$5M
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum roadmaps
