Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of the 2026 Project roadmap
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product
- Drive innovation in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Manage $5M+ budget and resources with PMP-certified methodologies
- Present progress to C-suite stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Develop scalable frameworks for next-gen tech integration
- Mentor senior engineers and architects in technical excellence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in project management
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale tech projects
- Strong background in AI, IoT, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with federal grant-funded R&D projects preferred
